"Hi, We are happily servicing our s cross for the last 5 services with Porur nexa. It was handled by SM Udayamurthy and who did an exemplary job. For the last service I was told by uday to contact SM Ganapathy Subramanian, since he was in leave.The issues were handled very well and we received the vehicle back in perfect condition. The SM was able to technically explain my queries patiently even in late evening. The PMS work done was good, the cleanliness of vehicle was perfect and delivered on time.
