Great Customer Service I had a great service experience recently with Popular Elamakkara. The overall experience at this dealership was a very pleasant one. Special thanks to the DRM Mr.Antony, Customer Care Manager Vipin & Service Advisor Lijo who moved the process along very quickly and made themselves available to answer all my queries. The tech team members Jeffin, Alfikkar and Baiju had done a really wonderful job in servicing the vehicle. Telecaller agents Sheethal, Praveen and Anu from the insurance department assisted me for a hassle free insurance renewal procedure. "This mail is to let you know about the wonderful service experience i had at Popular Shoranur Maruti service center- especially the exemplary care from Mr.Biju I have been giving the vehicle for service at this service centre since Mr.Biju joined here,earlier i used to do at Cochin. I had a Swift Lxi for last 5 years and 6 months back i bought a swift Vxi(O) by exchanging that. I hope you can guess the love i have for the product from this-buying the same model for second time Looking back at my decision i feel the service experience has contributed equally or more in my purchase decision. Last 2-3 years i have been consistently doing service at this service center and in each service i find one thing unchanged- the delightful experience during each service And i give full credit of that Mr.Biju. From the point i make a call to Mr.Biju for the service of my vehicle to the PSF call i receive everything is so systematic and the care towards my vehicle at each point is delightful to watch and experience. I also work in the same industry and i am the ASM for KTM bikes for Kerala region I have never seen such a dedicated person who takes care all the minute details of your service. "Greetings of the day!!! This mail is to share the feedback on a recent periodic service done on my Wagon R VXI-KL-62-B-58. I normally get my vehicle serviced from another Dealer Workshop, either at their branch in Trivandrum or at Pathanamthitta. This time, I just casually enquired at Popular Vehicles & Services, Trivandrum as I work in Trivandrum and got a call from Mr. Ajit of the Killipalam branch. To my utmost surprise, it was the first time in my 20 years of owning different vehicles and going around various service centres that I had received such a positive response. I would like to highlight the point that the way Mr. Ajit had responded, made me take the final decision on getting my vehicle serviced at Popular under the supervision of Mr. Ajit. I had already booked for service with the other usual Dealer I mentioned earlier, as they had kept on reminding me that the service due date was in June. Let me also bring up a point that a few years back, my brother had a very bad experience with the same branch when we purchased a new swift and we decided never to visit Popular Killipalam, but Mr. Ajit's response was so overwhelming that I had to change my mind. He was very gentle, polite and most importantly he listened to my requirement and agreed to it. I would go to the extent of mentioning that he should either be made a Training Manager for customer service or Popular should look up to him as a benchmark for setting up the standards in service. I am from the Hotel Industry where I work as the Manager Operations and my specialization is Front Office. Being in the Hospitality Industry for the last 21 years, I would like to mention that an Industry can survive only with repeat customers and that can only be achieved by giving utmost care and service to customers. I would also like to quote a few things such as: - "PEOPLE WILL FORGET WHAT YOU SAID. THEY WILL FORGET WHAT YOU DID. BUT THEY WILL NEVER FORGET HOW YOU MADE THEM FEEL". "SELL GOOD SERVICE AT A REASONABLE PROFIT, TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE HUMAN BEINGS AND THEY WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO YOU" "COURTEOUS TREATMENT WILL MAKE A CUSTOMER A WALKING ADVERTISEMENT". I would also like to mention the name of Mr. Shibu-the Service Advisor and Mr. HariKrishnan- the Mechanic, who were very courteous and helpful. "This is with ref to subject I would like to extend all my appreciation and Thanks as a customer more than a decade with Popular. I would like to mention that I brought my vehicle on 1st Jan 2018 for a Rat bite problem and you guys had fixed not only the said problem but also identified the other problems which was unknown to me and assures to fix the same. Although at times i got some frustration but i understand that certain delays were due to the parts transportation and finally the vehicle was delivered to the satisfaction. You both were very patient and did not loose your temper even when i raised due to certain delays or delayed communication which is a positive note for you both , this is one of the unique quality which will retain the customer.
