QUALIFICATION: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology or any equivalent. Diploma /post graduate diploma in Training & Development will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE: 10- 12 years’ experience in Learning & Development /Operations domain with minimum 3 years’ experience in leading the L & D function of a large organisation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement various Learning & Development strategies and programs in alignment with the overall organizational goal.
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop training programs to improve employee productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct organizational & individual needs analysis and create customized training plans to build required competencies of teams.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development that enables the teams to deliver greater results.
- Drive and ensure various Training certifications as proposed by MSIL
- Periodic review of SOPs in collaboration with operational team and conduct audits to ensure quality standards are adhered
- Drive digital adoption by developing training programs that enhance employee skills on new technology tools and digital processes
- Partner with HR team to initiate and drive various employee engagement programs
