Primary Purpose
The Branch Manager is responsible for driving the new car business of the branch keeping Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) guidelines in the context.
Key Responsibilities
∙ Lead the overall dealership operations.
∙ Devising overall Sales plan for the dealership in alignment with the overall organizational goals.
∙ Build a high performing team and motivate them to strive achieving aspirational individual and organizational goals.
∙ Be aware of market trends and create timely strategies to drive incremental business and high market share.
∙ Ensuring highest standards of customer experience by continues improvement of various processes.
∙ Responsible for driving the overall profitability of the dealership.
∙ Responsible for ensuring Maruti guidelines for matters related to dealership operations.
∙ Initiate and drive innovative practices for the continuous improvement of overall operations

- Lead the overall business operations of Tamil Nadu region as a Strategic Business Unit

- Be the custodian of overall P & L management and ensure organizational profitability.
