Many customers can’t take time off work to come in to the Service centre during working hours. After work, they often fight traffic to get home in time and end up too tired to head back out to the Service centre. 

On Sundays, customers can come in to the Service centre and get their vehicle services with no extra cost. The customers can spend more time with Service Advisors, they can take more time to explain their problems and get solutions to their problems.
