JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Key Task / Activities

Data Collection

  • Collect data from Online Portal like OLX, Face book, Car24, Fiancé Companies, Brokers’ and CRC.
  • Assign the generated leads to Tele Marketing Executive.
  • Track the customer like, Hot, Warm and Cold.
  • Track and follow up all channels data base life cycle.
  • Evaluators Management
  • Obtain appointment from Tele Marketing Executive and Self.
  • Contact the appointment obtain customers and allot to evaluators.
  • Track the appointment properly and find any malpractices occurring from evaluators
  • Provide in time pricing support and deal closing supports to evaluators.
  • Collect the feedback from Evaluators and ensure the life cycle of Data.
  • Track and ensure evaluators daily/monthly productivity.
  • Reduce the Turnaround Time of evaluation.


Channel Development

  • Collect the feedback from evaluators and develop new business channels and ensure performance.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional activities for direct sourcing.
  • Ensure Channel Partner satisfaction and Payment of Channel Partner Incentives on time.


Business Acumen

  • Coordinate with accounts department and ensure sufficient funds available to run the business.
  • Ensure all Customers receiving the fund in a stipulated time period.
  • Ensure profitability of branch through Volume and Gross Margin.
  • Daily updates of Market trends in used car business like pricing, competition.
  • Prepared a Script on the basis of benefits we are offering to customers.
  • Ensure 100% Growth on direct Sourcing.
  • Communicate the Customer Complaints with Manager and provide a solution.
  • Ensure all sourced cars documents and condition is good after inspection.


v Coordinate with CRC

  • Obtain OBD/ Employee referral data details from CRC.
  • Prepare a final report of booking v/s conversion.
