I want you to know how I appreciate your working with me on my repairs after my car was affected by flood. The insurance claim procedures by Maruti Insurance were also highly efficient and hassle free. My car was classified in the A category with hydrostatic lock and Mr. Baiju Vikraman assured me that the repairs will be done quickly.
They have gone beyond what I asked for or expected. This has increased my confidence in your Nexa approach, from purchasing the car(Basil from Nexa Showroom, Palarivattom did a great job), its periodic services, customer centric approach and finally, the service center helping me with the procedure for repairs(Mr. Sharafudeen and Mr. Abdullah need a special mention here). I received my car back in mint condition in less than a month’s time(23rd August 2018 to 19th September 2018). I have never been more delighted.
It’s situations like this that go a long way towards retaining customer loyalty. This car is the 3rd Maruti Suzuki car that we have owned, Esteem VXI and Swift VXi being the first two. Just want to say, Austin/ Augustine of the Kuttukaran Maruthi, at Mamangalam is superb. His friendly and energetic service is so good. We had bought a new Swift from there recently. Even though faced a lag from technical guys regarding the Sony touch screen (they told they were not trained in these advanced devices) the dealing of Austine in all fields were good, and he still is in touch with us whenever needed.

I was so relieved on 18th Aug night when the on-road service gents at Uppala centre gave me a great saving hand by reactivating the broken power supply to fan, wipers and power windows. We realised the issue only after nearing the NH66 highway when the rain struck us badly and wanted the windscreen wipers and a/c fan to work. My family & I were so scared to continue journey in the bad weather but we badly needed to reach Kannur that night from Ullal where we visited a family member. The car I travelled was my co-brother’s ESTILO wheras I personally use a DZIRE at Kottayam. I showed the issue to 2 electricians & a 3rd party workshop before reaching Uppala but none of them couldn’t identify the issue.
To summarise, as a user/customer of maruthi cars for couple of decades now, this 24hr service that you have programmed is EXEMPLARY and highly value-added. I take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Uppala Popular centre technician & leads who demonstrated a great confidence in troubleshooting, his agility in quick decison making and finally fixing in a very short span with a sincere SMILE of SATISFACTION.

I am writing this Email to keep in your records my appreciation for the excellent services rendered by Mr. H. Issac, Sales Executive of your Showroom. We recently (on 28 July 2017) bought a Maruti Wagon R VXI(O)AMT from your Anna Nagar East showroom through your Sales Executive Mr. H. Issac. I am giving below a brief background of our interaction with Mr. Issac:
In February 2017 I registered online for a Test Drive of Maruti DZIRE- 2017. I gave your showroom name for the Test-Drive. Since then Mr. Issac was constantly in touch with me on phone to update me when the new DZIRE is expected in your showroom. When the new DZIRE arrived in your showroom, Mr. Issac called me promptly to inform me about its arrival. At that time I was out of Chennai for a month. In spite of that Mr. Issac constantly kept in touch with me to know when I will be in Chennai to take the test drive. In the third week of July 2017 when I visited your showroom, Mr. Issac promptly took me for the test drive. After the test-drive I told Mr Issac that I would prefer to buy a SUV AMT instead of DZIRE. Immediately he took me for a test-drive in VITARA-BREZZA. I told him that BREZZA is ok but I am looking for an AMT SUV and thereafter I told him goodbye left the showroom.
Subsequent week he called me and convinced me to try a test-drive on CELERIO or WAGONR VXI(O) AMT. At that stage I told him that I am already in negotiation with a dealer to buy a TUV-8. But Mr. Issac persuaded me to take the test drive of CELERIO or WAGONR VXI(O) AMT. Accepting his request I took a test-drive of both the cars and after the test-drive myself and my wife decided on the same day to buy WAGON R VXI(O) AMT and made the payment to Mr. Issac.
Mr. Issac is an effective Sales Executive with a pleasant face. He has very good negotiation skills to convince a customer like me who has travelled all over the world and stayed in more than eight countries over the last thirty years. He is punctual and tries to fulfil the commitments given to the customer. He is an asset to any business organization. I wish him all the best and good success in his future career.

I have serviced my car Ciaz Zdi+ KL 11 BB 5348 from popular vehicles malaparambu many times. This mail is to inform you that the service quality is excellent and the service advisor Mr.Shijo Varghese who took care of the vehicle so much at the time of body shop repair. My car’s headlight had some manufacturing defects and got some cracks.
