In fact I have not visited the show room even to see the car before I took it-not even once!! Finalized everything over the phone and net. I just Came to show room and collected the key and car. Everything was perfect – whatever details given to me before was exactly same in real.

വളരെ വൈകി അഭിനന്ദനം അറിയിച്ചതിൽ ഖേദിക്കുന്നു. 03/06/18 ഞായറാഴ്ച ചേർത്തലയിൽ പോപുലരിന്റെ സെന്ററിൽ മാരുതി 800 കാറിൽ എരമല്ലോരിൽ നിന്നും ആലപ്പുഴയ്ക്ക് കുടുംബമായി പോകുന്നവഴിയുണ്ടായ വണ്ടിയുടെ കംപ്ലൈന്റ്റ് പരിശോധിക്കാൻ യാദർശ്ചികമായി സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ വരുവാനിടയായി.. തികച്ചും വ്യത്യസ്തമായ ഒരനുഭവമാണുണ്ടായത്. മറ്റൊരിടത്തും ഇതുപോലുള്ള സേവനം എവിടെനിന്നും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല പ്രേത്യേകമായി പറയുകയാണെങ്കിൽ വളരെ മനോഹരമായ സ്വീകരണവും സഹകരണവുമാണ് ലഭിച്ചത്. സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ ജോലിയിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന അനു എന്ന കുട്ടിയുടെ പെരുമാറ്റവും സേവനവും ഏറെ ആകര്ഷണീയമായി നിലനിന്നന്നത് . വളരെ സൗഹൃദ പരമായ പെരുമാറ്റത്തോടൊപ്പം തന്നെ ഞങളെ നല്ല രീതിയിൽ ആ കുട്ടി സത്കരിക്കുകയുമുണ്ടായി എല്ലാവര്ക്കും തനിയെ ചായ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നൽകുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഇന്നുവരെ ഒരിടത്തുനിന്നും അതും ഒരു എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവിൽ നിന്ന് ഇതുപോലൊരു സേവനം ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.. പോപുലരിന്റെ സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ ആദ്യമായാണ് വരുന്നതും ആദ്യത്തെ അനുഭവം തന്നെ വളരെ ഹൃദയസ്പര്ശമായി എല്ലാവിധ ആശംസകളും നേരുന്നു.

I was so relieved on 18th Aug night when the on-road service gents at Uppala centre gave me a great saving hand by reactivating the broken power supply to fan, wipers and power windows. We realised the issue only after nearing the NH66 highway when the rain struck us badly and wanted the windscreen wipers and a/c fan to work. My family & I were so scared to continue journey in the bad weather but we badly needed to reach Kannur that night from Ullal where we visited a family member. The car I travelled was my co-brother’s ESTILO wheras I personally use a DZIRE at Kottayam. I showed the issue to 2 electricians & a 3rd party workshop before reaching Uppala but none of them couldn’t identify the issue.

To summarise, as a user/customer of maruthi cars for couple of decades now, this 24hr service that you have programmed is EXEMPLARY and highly value-added. I take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Uppala Popular centre technician & leads who demonstrated a great confidence in troubleshooting, his agility in quick decison making and finally fixing in a very short span with a sincere SMILE of SATISFACTION.

SIMPLY GREAT SERVICE. Please do continue the same and anything beyond.

The value added in this instance is million timesfold for my family for just Rs.500 in a span of 30minutes!

This mail is to let you know about the wonderful service experience i had at Popular Shoranur Maruti service center- especially the exemplary care from Mr.Biju
I have been giving the vehicle for service at this service centre since Mr.Biju joined here,earlier i used to do at Cochin.
I had a Swift Lxi for last 5 years and 6 months back i bought a swift Vxi(O) by exchanging that. I hope you can guess the love i have for the product from this-buying the same model for second time
Looking back at my decision i feel the service experience has contributed equally or more in my purchase decision.
Last 2-3 years i have been consistently doing service at this service center and in each service i find one thing unchanged- the delightful experience during each service
And i give full credit of that Mr.Biju. From the point i make a call to Mr.Biju for the service of my vehicle to the PSF call i receive everything is so systematic and the care towards my vehicle at each point is delightful to watch and experience.
I also work in the same industry and i am the ASM for KTM bikes for Kerala region
I have never seen such a dedicated person who takes care all the minute details of your service. Every time when i take the vehicle delivery i feel Mr.Biju knows my vehicle more than me!
