Pursuant to resolution passed by our Board on August 31, 2023, he has been appointed as the Compliance Officer for the Offer and is in charge of the corporate compliance and secretarial of the entire Kuttukaran Group. He holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in commerce from the Mahatma Gandhi University and a master\u2019s degree in business administration from Anamalai University. He is as an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
