I have been giving the vehicle for service at this service centre since Mr.Biju joined here,earlier i used to do at Cochin.
I had a Swift Lxi for last 5 years and 6 months back i bought a swift Vxi(O) by exchanging that. I hope you can guess the love i have for the product from this-buying the same model for second time
Looking back at my decision i feel the service experience has contributed equally or more in my purchase decision.
Last 2-3 years i have been consistently doing service at this service center and in each service i find one thing unchanged- the delightful experience during each service
And i give full credit of that Mr.Biju. From the point i make a call to Mr.Biju for the service of my vehicle to the PSF call i receive everything is so systematic and the care towards my vehicle at each point is delightful to watch and experience.

I am now trying to thank you for the wonderful experience with the Popular Services. First of all let me introduce myself in a few words to you. My wife Aleyamma and myself is living in Germany for the last 35 years. In the year 2010 when we spent twice our holidays in Kerala we spent more than one lakh rupees as taxi charges. Then we decided to buy a car. We have opted for a Cheverlot car was perhaps our long stay in a foreign country. Another reason was the advice of our taxi owner who takes care of us when we are here. The Cheverlot car was good. But when we came to Kerala this year the condition of the roads in Kerala was very bad. Then we decided to buy a car which gives us more comfort. We have seen many cars from different companies, like Vokswagen, Ford and Renaut. But our driver advised us to visit Popular showroom. He has some friends working in your company. In Germany I am driving my third Mercedes car all bought new. If I compare the experience with the Mercedes shop in Germany I can definitly say that Mr.Tijo and others whom I met in your company are all well qualified for their jobs. I am very sure Popular is keen to give very good trainingfor the employees in all departments. As an employee of The Sheraton Corporation for the past 30 years I know the necessity of customer relationship and customer satisfaction which needs constant updates and intensive training programs.
